I need signal!!!!!

I live in eye of Africa, there's absolutely zero signal and vodaocm has refused to give me a signal booster. I need to know when vodacom is putting up a signal tower here or what else can be done. Its been years and still no signal. absolutely ridiculous!!!!! God forbid i have a medical emergency or need help. Will have to drive 10 minutes first to get signal. Super ****ed off!!!
