I need my refund

I UPGRADED MY CELL PHONE CONTRACT JAN 2024.I received my cell phone and then few weeks down the line i got a parcel from Vodacom which i did not order. It was a mobile wi fi. Its instalment was R283. I have never wanted or even used the service.I called Vodacom to come collect it as it was wrongly delivered to me. It was finally fetched by their couries in Sep 2024. and they later confirmed that i have never used it. Now the problem is when i need my money back is a crises
