i decided to contact Vodacom again now *** and spoke to Thandeka, i explained my story to her and she told me that she does'nt understand why everyone could not help me as my number is with Vodacom but its just under contract "which i did not sign or agree to"and she told me that i should go to a vodacom store and buy a simcard worth R110 then contact them again, she was even selling me another contract that i can be on

i feel like Vodacom is making money out of us by signing us or our numbers up for contracts so that they can sell their product indirectly because now i have to spend R110 that i dont have just to get my number back

Vodacom is a **** of a company robbing the less privileged people of their money that they work hard for.... i am not happy with Vodacom. R110 i can feed my kids with........
