I NEED MY NAME CLEAN OFF VODACOM SYSTEM!!!!

I Need My Name Cleant off all Vodacoms Systems so I can Get a new Contract....CellC and MTN are Offering me a Contract with them but I do not want to change Networks. Why am I not getting any help. you guy are unprofessional. I settled my Account with Vodacom and need a new Contract ASAP but when I apply at Cellucity and Vodacom they Pickup Declined. I have a Ref No - ***5 for Cellucity Canal Walk Western Cape Please Contact Gareth and Have this sorted. or I will Take this Further!
