I NEED HELP! CALL CENTRE AGENTS ARE TERRIBLE

Can someone from the Account department at Vodacom please call me ASAP

I called and the rep was so unhelpful so I asked to speak to the manager I was put on hold so long that my airtime was running out, the manager said he would call me back but didn't even ask for my number and I am still waiting on a call

I'm out of airtime now and went onto the website to try and reach someone by chat and explained the situation to him just for him to tall me to call a number after i told him i don't have airtime to call ,
