I need help

My name Siphokazi and I have a top up contract at vodacom for 2 years and i had never bought data or airtime ever since i had my Sim, last month someone stole my Sim card and bought data costing R42 846.35 and no one called or nofied me about the situation and the data is sitting in my account it hasn’t been used. When i called vodacom to tell them they told me there’s nothing they can do I must take the accountability but the data has not been used it’s still sitting in my account. When I asked them to please reverse it in their account cause i don’t have that amount of money to pay it…they said unfortunately no they can’t do anything what is done is done. My head is spinning cause i won’t afford that amount of money i don’t know what to do.
