I need explanation why MBD says I owe Vodacom

I cancelled my contract and then Vodacom paid the access that I paid extra to them 2019. Late 2020 I am getting calls from MBD saying Vodacom . I never got a statement from Vodacom stating that I owe them. I need to know why did they pay me in 2019 if i still owe them. MBD is Calling me everyday for something I know nothing about. No one at Vodacom know why I owe but I must call MBD.

I wish you guys can stop fooling people. I have one QUESTION why I owe MBD if my account was fully paid and I was paid the balance by Vodacom.
