I need copies of my contract and delivery note

Hi,<br> <br> I have been trying for over a week to get a copy of my contract and delivery note for my phones that I got when I upgraded with Vodacom. No one seems able / willing to assist, and I have now been told to go to a store so they can help me.<br> <br> This is not 1980, surely you can email this to me !?
