I need answers as I dont undestand this....

Hello Peter<br> I want to report VODACOM & MONDO, I've received the call from Mondo & the guy told that he will reduce my contract fees to R 308 a month & I've asked him many time to say dose this mean I will be paying R 308 per month & he rep**** yes to my question & I was no interest on this additional line as I have two other lines with Vodacom & I told him to phone me again as I was still thinking about this he phoned me again & I've asked the same Q & I got the same A from him I think he phoned me 7 times. & when the phone was delivered & this phone added the amount on my normal payment. I've phone this people many time & they always tell me that they will phone me after 10 days since 1 June till now maybe its not yet 10 days & I always phone then & they will tell me about another 10 days. They have send people to collect the phone without notifying me as I was not going to give them my phone. I've ask them to listen to the recordings and they can tell me what to do as this was promised to me by one of them, I think everyone will be happy to get the same call as me as it was meant to reduce my fees now they have debited my account but I still don't have answers I don't understand
