I must fix their mistake

I went to a Vodacom store (either Bethlehem or Woodmead, can't remember) last year to transfer a contract on my mother's name to mine. It was my phone I was using and she was paying for it and after some time, I wanted to take over the contract. I thought it was transferred to my name only to recently discover it is still on my mother's name yet I am paying for it. I tried phoning Vodacom customer care, yet they cannot help me and I must now go yet again to a store and resubmit forms again to have it changed. This is unacceptable. Why must I redo it again to fix a problem Vodacom created.

Another issue I have is that I have very poor reception at my home in Kyalami Hills. I phoned to ask for them to either find out why or if they can fix it and I was told they cannot do much for me. Unacceptable!!! Seems like my only option is to change networks. Pathetic.
