I must admit my journey with Vodacom is absolutely a huge let down. There is an adverti*****t on TikTok for a 400gig home router + Sony Playstation 5 for R779 I think. I app**** for this. Got calls to confirm and verifying my information. On 23 October I was told delivery would take place within 3-5 working days. Nothing.... absolutely nothing. According to the sales agent I would get an DebiCheck order which I must authorise. She even gave me a USSD code. There was nothing at all. Not on my app, nowhere. I have cancelled my WiFi with another service provider. I need this router before month end. All Vodacom did was disappoint. I'm really upset and saddened by this poor service levels of such a big company. Not even one follow up call. But why would Vodacom do that? We need them? They do not need us...
