I made my monthly payment for the contract I have with Vodacom

I made my monthly payment for the contract I have with Vodacom. The amount was R652.00 as amount owed or dued. They (Vodacom )are saying they cannot see the payment made on the stated contract. I sent them the proof of payment plus the bank statement to show the amount deduction. A have the receipt from that vodashop in Louistrichard Makhado .The are still to date insisting that they cannot see the amount paid on the 25 may 2024.How can you assist in this issue? I have all evidence of my payment. How can you assist?
