I LOVED THIS GUY

To Whom It May Concern,<br> <br> On Friday 04 March 2016, I called 111 from my phone regarding problems I am having connecting to the network for data usage. This gentleman did his best to assist me from the phone in question while I was midst shopping at Dischem. He asked to call another number to make assisting me easier. I did not have another phone on me at the time so he arranged to call it at 21:00 to assist me when I was home. I did not make it home on time and so his attempt was unsuccessful. However he did not let this stop him and he called me on the problem phone which I had on me to advise me that he had attempted to call the alternative number I provided him with. I apologised as my plans had unexpectedly changed, but I so much appreciated the excellent customer service he provided and true to his word he had called my other number AND left a voice message to advise me as such. In a day and age where customer service is dying, this man is a rose among the thorns!<br> <br> Don't let this man leave your employment! You need more people like him in your company!
