I keep getting daily phone calls looking for some Courtney person
I have a contract with Vodacom and have had for many years . They have all my details and my account is in good standing . However for some weird reason I keep getting daily phone calls looking for some Courtney person after i have said numerous times this is my number and i do not know any Courtney person and get they update their systems , i get a confident yes we will update the system . But again today i get a phone call looking for the same person ... Has my information been added to someone elses profile ??? You are in breach of data privacy .... What is happening ?

I would like to take it further .As this response gives me the impression that you are not taking any responsibility for this and are not willing to investigate the root cause of this in depth .
Please advise me when this number belonged to someone else ????AND as for this statement " block these numbers that is calling you if your device supports this function. "
