i keep being transferred from pillar to post to unblock my cell phone.
Vodacom is the worst contact center ever
I was being transferred back and forth for about 15 minutes and still no success
Eventually I spoke to a Casandra who said the status of the account is closed because the device is paid up I just need to call the unblacklistings department to unblacklist the phone
Now again im being transferred to another department, she transfers me, I hold again for a long time and then it says the number is invalid.
I then tried to call the number Casandra gave me to unblacklist my phone and again it says the number you have dialed is invalid
So now I have to start all over again with the previous number hold on for a very long time and explain my story all over again because if I had to ask them to put me through to Casandra I was gonna hold for another 15 minutes and the call may even get dropped in the process.
After contacting the same number that I dialed when I got through to Casandra I then spoke to a nxobile who said that she can assist with unblacklisting the device and the number that was given to me was incorrect all i need was the IME number which i didn't have with me at the time I then got it later in the day and called the same number to proceed with the process, now this agent that picked up suddenly cant assist with unblacklisting and transferes me to the normal customer service center who also does not with unblacklisting a device instead they telling me to go to a vodacom store, the vodacom store says i need to call the contact centre
WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO TO GET MY PHONE UNBLOCKED
I HAVE IMPORTANT MESSAGES AND NUMBERS I NEED TO GET HOLD OF AND CLIENTS THAT NEEDS TO GET HOLD OF ME....
when i try to call the contact center again as my query is still not sorted out, the voice promt tells me i have reached my access limit to the contact center and need to try again after 2nf of the new month
SERIOUSLY..............................
i need this sorted out asap
my number is : **********
