I just want to cancel my insurance, that's all. Please help me....

I contacted Vida com insurance department as I want to cancel my insurance seeing that I've decided to upgrade my contact.

I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Muhammad who assisted me with the upgrade process. I received excellent service from him.....

He informed me, should I want to cancel the insurance on the current cellphone I have I need to contact the insurance department, which i did.

I did not managed to get hold of anyone in that department, when I finally did. The person who's name I didn't get hung up on me....

All I want to do is cancel my current insurance to avoid being billed for it again as they have been doing since October 2019 after my contract expired.

Please help me report this, so I can cancel my insurance.
