I just want answers, so that I can move on from this matter.

I want to find out what caused my Vodacom Legal Plus policy being canceled without refunding me my contributions. I came across a problem that needed legal representation after a year of paying my monthly contributions, when i reached out to them asking for legal assistance, I then got an email informing me that my legal cover has been canceled. I spent a lot of energy and time to try and ask that they refund me back my money, to date I didn't get my money.
