I have taken a cellphone contract with vodacom the consultant that was assisting me didn't explain that the cellphone contract is going to be a open line I log the query on 12/10/2017 even I haven't got the feedback always when I call they my query is on back office I even requested the recording of which according to my knowledge I was supposed to get it within 7 Days
