I HAVE NO WORDS FOR YOUR LACK OF SERVICE

Good day

I am not one to address services issues on social platforms but i am now at my wits end. 6 going on 7 weeks ago i sent my beloved sony z3 compact in for repairs due to a dead cell in the centre of the screen, all went well until i was informed my phone could not be fixed and they are giving me a R5100 credit... How am i supposed to get a phone of equivelent spec with R5100, so i asked to have it replaced with a z3 compact... sorry maam the z3 compact is discontinued... after much debate i requested a damage report and i was denied due to a credit being passed, i then asked that vodacom reverse the credit so i could claim through my insurance because they would offer me more to replace my phone and i would only have to pay a R1000 excess to get a phone of equivelent spec as oppsed to takeing vodacoms credit paying in 3000 grand and still paying a R245 handset fee for the remainder of my contract for a handset i do not have. Then vodacom came back and told me on the 5th of decemebr they are unable to reverse the credit unable to give me a damage report and would give me a sony z3 as swap stock that sony was sending that week. I now sit on the 15th swap stock has not been recieved and no one knows when swap stock will be recieved all the while i sit without a phone for going on 7 weeks.

From this experience i will not renew my contract with vodacom... i have had this contract for 17 years and in the duration of 7 weeks i will not spend another cent with vodacom, not air time not data not a phone nothing... and just to make this post complete the names of the people i have dealt with Vincent at the cresta repair centre, lindiwe from repairs escalation and shanice from vodacom head office.
