I have never had service this bad!!!!!!!!!

<p> </p> <p>I have been supporting Vodacom for more than 4 years but it was never necessary too call them.</p> <p>I wanted to add 2 extra lines on my existing contract for my kids. The order I placed was for 2 Samsung galaxy J1 on U Flexi for R198pm.</p> <p>After all the checks was done and it was approved they said I should receive the package within a week.</p> <p>I followed up on the following Friday and told that it’s at RAM ready to be dispatched the following Monday. After not receiving my package the Monday I followed up AGAIN only to be told that it was sent back to the warehouse cause the delivery address wasn’t complete. Asking the lady what the address was that she had I confirmed that that is the correct address!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>Not being able to re-route it for delivery again my order had to be cancelled in order for it to be ordered again (This is after being on the phone for more than 2 hours and 7 different departments going back and forth)</p> <p>I decided to call back the following day hoping to get help then only to be told that THE SPECIAL I ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AN THE SAME CONTRACT WILL BE R159 EACH IF I TAKE IT NOW.</p> <p>I won’t call them back but will indeed go to MTN and Cell C and after my contract is done just move over to them as well.</p> <p> </p>
