I have logged this ticket on the 18th and I was told someone will contact me but no one has contacted me as yet I've been waiting my line speed is very poor for the mount of money I'm paying the ticket number is SR*** this is poor customer service very poor i will never recommend Vodacom to anyone if I have a chance to get a better service provider I'll cancel this service asap .
