I Have Had ENOUGH!!!!!
I took in my phone to the Vodacom Shop in Alberton City for repairs on the 27th of Feb 2016. A consultant by the name of Shaheen did a manual booking of my device and he further gave me a document to sign which was a commitment that the device would be repair no later than 14 days. On the 12th of March, 14 days later I went back to the store as I had not received any communication from the store since to advise me on the status of my device. I was then told my device was not ready and that it was still at the repairs centre. I left the store in hope that my device would be ready the following weekend (21 days later). Upon arrival on the 19th March, I was told that my device was not ready and that the insurance had not yet approved the claim resulting in my device on fix yet. This was not true because on the 3rd of March (5 days later) I had received confirmation from the insurance via sms that the claim was approved. I told the consultant Portia that it was untrue and that the insurance did confirm and further approve the claim. She then called the repairs centre, and I was told that there was a misunderstanding within the technical team (Gareth,Morne and Lumka). She then commited
