I HAVE BEEN TREATED WITH CONTEMPT AND DISRESPECT BY VODACOM

This is my third review after my account which is linked to my Vodamail e-mail account had been cancelled without any notice to me.

My account appears to have been cancelled on Thursday 20 December 2018. This occured after a "full admin lock" was placed on the account on Saterday 15 December 2018. When I enquired, and after having spoken to a consultant at their customer care centre, this block was removed and I was able to access my e-mails on Thursday 19 December 2018.

On Friday 21 December 2018 I realised that once again I was unable to send or receive e-mails. After having spoken to various consultants I was told that ********** activity had taken place and that the details of another person is now linked to the number.

I was promised that the account would be reactivated. When this did not happen and after various people, who promised to phone me failed to do so, I on Sunday 23 December 2018 placed a review on hellopeter. This resulted in a woman by the name of VERQULENE phoning me on Monday 24 December 2018. She confirmed that the account had been cancelled and that it would be reactivated as a matter of priority. In addition, she promised to phone me on Thursday 27 December 2018.

When my account was not restored and after VERQULENE failed to phone me I placed another review on hellopeter on Friday 28 December 2018. I received the normal automated response that a consultant would contact me. I was not contacted by anyone.

I have been **** to and treated with utter contempt and disrespect. This is my last attempt to persuade Vodacom to contact me. There is no other effective means of contacting them. Their consultants at their customer care department are either unable or unwilling to resolve my problem.

The next step would to apply for an interdict to the High Court for the restoration of my e-mail service.
