I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom for years but I am very disappointed with their service and customer care

I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom for years but I am very disappointed with their service and customer care . I have been experiencing network outage since the 10th of December until the current date, which has affected my work and personal communication. When I called their customer care line, the response I got was that they were not aware of the problem and they would escalate it to their technical team. This is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially for a leading mobile network provider in the country. I feel like they do not value their customers and they do not care about the quality of their service.
