I have been a customer with Vodacom for many years now, and therefore have done a few Upgrades over the years. What makes this new upgrade different is the amazing service I received from Andile. He works in the "call centre/upgrade department" in Durban North somewhere. He was so patient with me. Stayed on the phone with me for 1 hour and 13 minutes to answer all my questions, explaining in detail all the different options. He is the most amazing dude. I opted in on the 10 th of March, and this morning (12th March) I have already received delivery notification from the courier. I believe Vodacom is extremely lucky to have Andile on their team. Wish every contact I have with the corporate environment can be at this level of excellence. Thank you Andile, and Vodacom for employing such a knowledgeable and professional person.
