I hate vodacom wish u can close down

My husband and I went to vodacom store in clearwater over 2weeks ago. We had submitted documents for an account to be removed from his name onto his sisters name. A lady by the name of palesa was assisting n to this day still waiting on feedback this is the reason im closing all my accounts with vodacom, they just havr pathetic service all round. Ive resquested settlement figure to hahaha what a joke it been over 2 months, I only seem to recieve feedback when I log a review on Hello Peter. Is that what it comes down to. We want this damn contract removed from our name into my sister inlaws name as the debit order goes off her account. But chances are they will decline her saying she has no credit. Please explain how does one get credit when companies like vodacom dont give u a chance. So pathetic.
