I hate Vodacom and its useless agents.

i called vodacom more than 10 times in 2 days spoke to a bunch of useless agents and last agent named Gugu promised to re instate my lines within 2 to 5 hours of which hours has passed now and i cannot get hold of the blady department,i called 5 times this morning and it keeps on saying an agent will call me and still have not recieved a call from this network, i am so angry at this network and i have n=been with them for over 16 years and this is how they treat me, i HATE it.
