I hate vodacom

i am so disappointed with the level of Vodacom's lack of communication, i called in for settlement amount to cancel my contract they gave me the amount a few months later i get a call from collections that i owe them. i am involving the ombus as clients rights are violated i hate vodacom as a service provider , i will never ever recommend it to anyone to use
