I hate Vodacom

I was due for an upgrade and lady from Vodacom called me earlier in December for an upgrade, she said ' my installment won't increase but would decrease, I did ask that lady several times she **** 😡currently I'm paying 635 and lady said my installment will drop to 409.On the 8 January they said they will arrange transport for pick up until today nothing, I called on the 16 January, again I was promised, but today the story has changed I'm angry
