I hate Vodacom

I have for the past 2 years told every person that wanted me to upgrade I don't want to, my contract was done in October 2020, I have attempted to cancel numerous times. I tried again on the 30th March 2021, Vodacom has still billed me R1000 for my phone which at this point I refuse to pay, because I asked them on the call will I be billed at the end of the month and the lady said no you won't. Look where I am sitting now
