I HATE VODACOM

Vodacom is USELESS !!! My father died while paying for 8 phone contracts including mine (I am his daughter). One month after his death Vodacom DELETES all our numbers. Piece if **** Vodacom expects me to pay 27 thousand rand for the hardware costs ie the actual devices which I have now done three months later after dealings with a lot of *********** staff. After going to vodaworld today I am told I can swit h over the contracts so I can pay each month and nor lose out on 18 months of data BUT I have LOST out on three months of data I HAVE NOT EVEN USED while dealing with vodacoms ******** !!! The rest of the Contracts such as my retrenched mom's and sister studying medicine have to be paid off. The amount comes to 23 thousand rand !!!! This amount is calculated from all the monthly payments that still need to be used (ie all the phone contracts still have 18 months remaining ) . THIS IS ALL FUC**NG DATA THAT HAS NOT BEEN FUC**ING USED!! BUT IT MUST BE PAID!!! <br> <br> <br> VODACOM ARE ****** *****ING FROM A BROKEN FAMILY THAT JUST LOST THEIR FATHER AND HUSBAND AND CAREGIVER! HOW DARE THEY EXPECT US TO PAY FOR FUTURE DAMN IMAGINARY DATA !! I HATE VODACOM AND I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW ...!!
