I hate VODACOM

I have tried calling, gone on the website, online chat and called 3 shops to get help with my phone query. There is no response. Trying to contact Vodacom is the most frustrating **** experience ever. And the worst is I am trying to find out how to use them as a service provider. I have been a Vodacom customer since 2001 and I get nothing but **** service. The only redeeming feature is the only human who could help, Karl Jason. Sadly the number he gave me went straight to voicemail. I aged considerably while trying to find a solution.
