I hate this network !
Vodacom has been charging me additional costs on a fixed contract, I've queried it in the past and the call centre agents could provide me with an explanation as to what are those extra charges are for. About 3 months ago I received a bill wherein the additional charges indicated "loan" - when did vodacom start offering loans and when did I apply for one ? When i attempted to query the statement - I was only able to get through to Tobi - I did not receive any help at all. How does the billing work ? one month, you pay your normal instalment and then all of a sudden and without warning there are additional charges on you bill and you don't even know what its for. This month I've received my statement and again there are additional charges on my bill and again I cannot get the assistance I require. I'm disgusted with the service I've received from vodacom and I cannot wait to cancel my contract!!!!!

Your response has been noted, however, I am still very confused as to why after one year of having the contract, I start getting charged additional monies on top of paying for the double deal.
I still dont know what I am paying for.
I am not satisfied with this response. I need a more detailed explanation with timelines. And where is that sim card ? I do not have a sim card with that number. It randomly starting appearing on my statement.
I still did not receive feedback regarding January's statement - where I have been over charged.
