I had the pleasure of interacting with Trudy Molebatsi from the Vodacom store at Mall of Africa. She assisted me after I had tried two other stores who failed dismally. She is extremely helpful and efficient. She definitely deserves a huge shout out for her excellent etiquette as well as her superior product knowledge. Well done Trudy!
