I had a phone contract with Vodacom which was due for upgrade in March, I wanted an iPhone 15 pro max but I was told its not available it is no longer manufactured I was advised by a consultant to take iphone 16 pro, it arrived on the 20th or 21st of March I used it for few days but I realised I am not happy with camera quality and it overheats within splits of seconds when using it. I took it back to the Vodacom shop in Westonaria, even the consultants attested to my queries they helped me with software upgrade it overheated on the spot I opted to take it back because it was withing 7 days. It has been with Vodacom repairs since 27 March no updated nothing, all I have been getting is that, I will be updated whenever there's something new, its now approaching a full month since I have been waiting yet they are busy debiting my account Here is my Job no: ***0
