I had a contract with them around 2019 which ended in 2022 however it continues deducting when I approached them they told me i should have told them I canceled

I had a contract with them around 2019 which ended in 2022 however it continues deducting when I approached them they told me i should have told them I canceled. They handed me to their lawyers vvm I paid the amount I owe.send them proof of payments. Last week I went and buy a T.V Vodacom listed me I could not buy it.
