I had a contract with them

I had a contract with them. They renewed it without my consent. I tried to get them to cancel it since last year June 2020 but they only canceled it this year around June. I have asked them to send me the clip that indicates I have agreed to a renewal but I have received nothing. Before the contract ended April 2020 I received a call from their agent telling me they were reducing my installment from R298 a month to R179 a month so I asked if that would affect my contract since it was suppose to end month end June 2020 and they said No. Now they have taken me to lawyers saying I'm a bad debtor whereas I paid my 2 year contract.
