I got the **** from the lot

I purchased a blackberry 9720 in August 2014. I clearly bought a device that is filled with all sorts of problems. I have been at vodacom more times than I wanted to but needed to due to this ****py piece of merchandise I bought. I logged a report with Hellopeter about two weeks ago and got a call from Vodacom. They told me my problem is being, and I quote:\you problem is being expedited to head-office". Famous last words. I heard that words so many times. They flaunt those words loosely to get rid of the costumer. I am still sitting with the continuous ****py phone and Vodacom is wanting time to pass so I don't have a leg to stand on. I did not buy a phone of R200 but R2 000. It may not be allot to them but it is to me. I hope this report will get the proper attention and this phone nightmare and that is what it is"
