I got a laptop contract but I was not happy with the product I received so I went back to the branch to return the product which was within the return policy conditions but both the sales person and store manager refused to accept the device as it can only be taken back it if it's an out of the box issue. So instead they tried to make it seem as if there was a technical fault with the device, which was not the case.
