I GIVE UP WITH YOU GUYS!!

You guys are stupid i must say. STUPID!!!! STUPID!!! STUPID!!!

Firstly i app**** for a contract and it was approved. However it was later cancelled because they couldn't accept the alternative number i provided them with(i lost my phone and was planning to do a sim swap after receiving the new phone). I explained this clearly to the agent. The first application was on 4 June and few days later i did a sim swap and had to apply again with my primary number.

Only today (27 June) i had my phone delivered by RAM couriers. Guess what...Vodastupids gave RAM the very same number they refused to use so RAM can contact me on. The number they refused to use on my initial application because of avoiding ***** but they trust it enough to use for delivery(So it's best i receive the package whether i'm the right person or not). The guy arrived at my work place and turned back because the number was off.

Secondly i logged a complain again about this contract application and it was closed off without anyone from Vodastupids calling me. I only received an sms saying my query has been resolved and reference closed.

Most of the time i wonder and regret why i'm still with vodacom but funny enough i still stick around for all this years as a loyal customer.
