I expected better from Vodacom

I purchasd on online order 2 days back, they sent me sms's and the last one said that vetting was successful. I'm now calling the call centre to check the order of my status. a lady by the name of Tshidi tells me she's unable to cos someone should call me first. I then asked for a refference for the call, she then says "there's no reference as she didnt process anything for me" . at this time of lockdown, why is online such a hassle? i expected better from Vodacom
