I dont work for vodacom!

2 weeks ago my Samsung s7 edge got smashed having insurance by vodacom i took my fone in for repairs and then waited i still haven't received my fone!!i had to call the repair centre and they said the fone is "BER"beyond economical repair so i had to claim by the insurance i filled in a claim form at the vodashop and waited few days went by nobody contacted me i foned the shop again they said the insurance was going to send me qoute so i called the insurance they have no record of me putting in a claim i went to the shop again they helped me pick out a fone and sent my claim in again a few days went past and the insurance called me saying that they need the repair report of my fone saying it is "BER" well i dont have it and they called the store apparently they don't have it!!so i had to call the store again after 6 attempts of reaching the person that helped me she said that they waiting for the insurance to approve the claim??!! But she is going to call them today and call me back so i called the insurance and asked what was going on and they waiting for the qoute from the shop to finish the claim and that they are going to email the shop for the qoute and call me later today i havent received any calls or any emails today! If i don't call them to ask if they doing their jobs today then i wont get my fone this year!
