I don't know where to start.

Vodacom, oh Vodacom. The network that takes as much advantage of people as possible. I like to start off with my trip to Tanzania, where I looked extremely hard to find compatible data prices, but I simply could not. I spent about a month in Dar Es Salam paying up to R30 for 1gb of data and that was normal. Now I'm back in South Africa paying four times the price for a gig. I simply just can't understand how another third world country (very close by) with less citizens get cheaper data? Now that I'm back I am constantly thinking about my employees on prepaid contacts paying large sums to Vodacom for their data service and they are definitely taking advantage. They want you to pay as much as possible and suffer as much as possible so that they can profit. Then there is poor admin, simply put. I get an SMS saying I have 40mbs left, stress out, check the Vodacom app and dial, it says there is 1 gig left. This for me is an issue, this is a issue if I want to offer my high tier employees contracts, I don't mind spending R800pm on a contract but it would just make far more sense if they did not only get 1gb. When I was on T-Mobile I got uncapped data for around R500. This has taken me to the point where, i don't know if I should switch my business to another service because Vodacom just simply seems like a messy, ***** service provider that has been taking advantage of South Africans for too long...
