I don't know how to summarise this....

I am simply shocked by my recent dealings with Vodacom. Having blindly trusted my accounts each month, I reviewed my invoices to find no fewer than 2 VAS charges (every month) that I was not aware of. One for Blackberry 10 Enterprise (note... I have NEVER owned a Blackberry).

I downgrade my account and am charged a "migration fee" notwithstanding remaining in the RED packages and my handset instalment remaining the same. So what exactly is the "migration fee" for??? I was certainly not charged a "migration fee" when upgrading. Is this just then a penalty - questionable (to be polite) consumer practice! Log a query but no response.

Following this - I am yet to understand how the "data limit" works... apparently not at all as I have been charged over R2000 for data this month. My next question - data charges are outrageous.

I have requested clarification on this - AND - that I my contract is cancelled.

Trust you will treat this with due urgency.
