I don't know how i am owing over R3000 to Vodacom.

I have been with Vidacom for a a couple of years now. In 2017 i took a contract for a cellphone and a router. I honored my contract till the end and when they called me asking if i would like an upgrade i said no the phone and are still working fine, but i would like to continue with the airtime and the data. That was in 2019.

In the beginning of this year i had it finacially hard just like everyone and i noticed that the services were blocked ofwhich i understood because i wasn't paying.

After that i recieved calls from their debt collectors saying should make arrangements to pay my balance because i was behind. Ok... we made the arrangements and i payed, but i noticed that the services were still blocked. I asked those people from VVM when they called again for another "arrangement " why am i paying but i get no services? That woman didn't have answers for me.

So i sent a query to Vodacom via email and the guy promised that he was going to get back to me. I made a follow up requesting to see what is it that i am owing. They sent a long statement which i could make sense of. I sent an email asking for clarity because the piece of paper made no sense to me, but they never get back to me. Today i see an email which i can not respond to stating that i must pay an amount of more than R3000 or else my account will be handed to their debt collectors and i will be liable for the debt collectors fees failing to pay them will lead them tk blacklist me.

I fing this totally unprofessional, i don't know what i am owing to them because after i couldn't pay my contract both simcards stopped working.

So what is there for me to pay? Yhe cellphone and ruiter contracts i took in 2017 long ended. I need these people to explain this to me.
