I don't have a vodacom contract but I have been put on ITC Please help

I've been handed over by vodacom to debt collector and I'm also on ITC for the account I know nothing about I've been to the vodacom shop I was not help since from 2025 I've been getting calls from attorney I've been pillor to post with this matter with no luck please help I have never taken any contract with vodacom I can't even buy a car because vodacom has put me on ITC I'm so depressed please help
