I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE IN REGARDS TO MY BILLING PROBLEM!!!!

Dear Vodacom,

Can someone please come back to me in regards to my query below.

I am not sure now if my only option is to contact the public newspapers in order to get this query settled once and for all.

I have written endless emails to the same email to try and get in touch with the same people (NATHAN AND ELROY) who helped me with the refund last time, nobody comes back to me.

I made a complaint about my phone where a software upgrade was done and a Vodacom Shop made me pay for to do a software upgrade when it is supposed to be free for Vodacom Customers. After several report and emails everywhere, I eventually managed to get my money back from Vodacom and the amount was R703.00. After I receive the refund every month Vodacom is debiting my account with the same amount that they refunded me, this means that I complain, they refund me and come month end, they debit my account.

Now the last month, they debited my account again and remember this is the 3rd month they are making the same mistake and inconveniencing me. I went to my bank and reversed the debit order because according to me, I am not owing them the amount they are debiting. Efforts to speak to anyone to try and help me resolve this problem are fruitless. I have been forever on the phone with both the account department as well as the call centre. I made efforts to get the call centre to log a service request so that they know that I reversed the debit order due to the incorrect billing on my account, I never got to get the reference number, now I am stuck there, they cannot help me without the service request number.

I understand that your calls are recorded call and if I provide yourselves with the dates and times that I tried to log the query, you should be able to listen to the 2 conversations that I made with the call centre.

Now I am getting demand letters from Vodacom saying that I am owing them money when in deed or according to me I am not owing Vodacom, it is so painful that you spend so much time, months trying to solve someone’s negligence.

What hurts the most is that Vodacom once they make a mistake on your account they do not want to talk to you or to solve the problem.

Remember I AM THEIR CUSTOMER OF MORE THAN 10 YEARS.!!!!!
