I did not upgrade so someone else did.. in Vodacom

My ipad contract was completed in September 2014 so I decided to just buy data on the existing bundle which I received monthly. 1st month everything went OK. End October came and I received a huge account for a Galaxy Tablet delivered in Johannesburg to someone unknown and they changed the data bundle to open. I have fought non stop since then and had no feedback on this ***** despite sending a police affidavit. I am not happy at all with this lack of service and have stopped debit orders through the bank. To date I have no resolution except a huge bill for something which I did not instigate. Phones have now also been barred... have you ever had to organize your father's funeral without the use of your cellphone? MTN here we come...
