<p>So I get a sms my phone ready for collection at Eastgate Vodacom Walk in Centre. I arrive at 17:55 and find doors closed. I ask the security I just need to collect my repaired phone here my documents. No they would not allow me to collect as they are closed. I say I'm leaving SA tomorrow and I need my phone. Bidvest security officer laugh at me and so does the staff finding this very funny. Our money every month pays your salaries and you find this funny? So come month end and you have no money in the bank due to clients not paying will you find that funny as well? Pathetic service. You know what Vodacom. You want your loan phone back? Then make an appointment with me and deliver my phone and take your loan phone back. And should I not have my phone back in 24 hrs I will not pay you your service fees</p>
