I completely agree sales call successfully with Vodacom last week Thursday. On Monday I called in as I did not receive the confirmation call from after sales. The agent advised that she sent an email and I should get a call that Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday I called again and they said I should get a call and nothing yet. Tomorrow will be a week and no call yet. I was expecting my delivery this week based on their turn around time but they are not calling me back
